FIORDLAND NATIONAL PARK OCCUPIES THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH ISLAND OF NEW ZEALAND. IT IS THE LARGEST OF 14 NATIONAL PARKS IN NEW ZEALAND.THIS WORLD HERITAGE WILDERNESS IS ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION.

FIORDLAND IS ONE OF THE MOST DRAMATIC AND BEAUTIFUL NATIONAL PARKS OF NEW ZEALAND, ONCE DESCRIBED BY RUDYARD KIPLING AS THE EIGHT WONDER OF THE WORLD. THE JEWEL IN THE CROWN BEING MILFORD SOUND AND MITRE PEAK. MILFORD SOUND IS ONE OF THE WETTEST PLACES IN THE WORLD.

DROPPING 161 METRES, BOWEN FALLS IS THE TALLEST PERMANENT WATERFALL IN THE FIORD.
